The Role:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a friendly Chef at our Blacktown aged care residence!
Working at our lovely residence; this position is ideal for a capable chef looking to work around other life commitments
Roster: Sat-Sun (7:00am-3:30pm)
What This Role Involves:
Preparing and presenting food for our residents
Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
Maintaining a clean working environment
Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
Providing fast, effective service with a positive attitude
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience in kitchens and food preparation
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (advantage)
Previous experience in aged care or catering (advantage)
