Wills & Estates Lawyer : min 4 years pae

This firm is offering an experienced lawyer to work across both estate planning and estate litigation, within an established team of experts, who also happen to be a close knit group of truly genuinely lovely expert lawyers.
The role is multi-faceted and involves quality matters with some challenging matters to grow your experience along the way!
You will ideally be experienced in all areas of wills and estates including;
Estate and Will Disputes
Estate Planning and Management
Wills and Testamentary Trusts - (acting for Executors and Trustees and advising as to Estate administration. Wills with Testamentary Trusts, Special Disability Trusts etc)
Probate and Letters of Administration and ensuring compliance with Will provisions and legal requirements
Asset protection
Business Succession planning
Powers of Attorney – financial, medical and enduring powers of attorneys
Guardianship; and
Part IV Applications
