Seeking an Administration Officer - Women's and Children’s Specialist Clinics

Women’s and Children’s Specialist Clinics provides quality health care for children, adolescents, newborns and women and we are seeking an enthusiastic administration officer to join our team. This role is temporary part time (72 hours per fortnight)

The Administration Officer is responsible for the administration and receptionist duties within the Specialist Clinics Departments. Successful applicants are required to:

  • Have excellent customer service skills and a willingness to go extra lengths to support the departments needs
  • Be professional, self-motivated and able to work in a large diverse team
  • Multi-task, cope under pressure and maintain data quality
  • Have great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have confidence in using computers and computer programs
  • Commit to the Western Health Values – Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Excellence & Safety
Orientation and training materials are provided upon commencement.
