What will your typical day look like?
Supporting the WHS manager and the wider talent community, each day can be very different. This will be a busy, fast-paced environment that offers a lot of variety and opportunity. Your role involves duties such as arranging meetings and minute taking, preparing documentation/reports, policy reviews, incident data management, WHS reporting and analysis and compliance requirements. You will also assist with the development and delivery of WHS training and worker's compensation support. This is a fantastic opportunity to continue to build your knowledge and capability in a large organisation in workplace health and safety.

You are someone who has experience or an interest in WHS with the ability to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, question the status quo, and deliver effectively against challenging objectives.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an enthusiasm to collaborate to achieve outcomes
- Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to professionally represent Deloitte
- High level of attention to detail
- Effective ability to filter information and assess priorities
- A willingness to learn, a positive approach and strong initiative
- Excellent at prioritising multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines and working effectively in a dynamic environment
- A high degree of professionalism and discretion
