- Proven track record of successful delivery of Workday HCM implementations.

- Strategic critical thinker, with an aptitude for using that skill to solve complex problems and plan for the future.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritise to meet deadlines and manage expectations where there are conflicting demands.
- Obtain a bachelor's degree in management and/or technology or significant work experience in a similar field.
- Relevant Workday PM and/or project management certification.
