The Role:

Our Govt. client is seeking a Workforce Analyst to support the development of a workforce analytics roadmap that provides quality people data and meaningful insights that drive informed decision making.

You will be focusing on supporting work in a financial sustainability program of work.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyse and report on key Cluster/Agency people indicators to support the development of workforce planning & people strategies
• Support the work team in development of performance indicators & systems for monitoring strategies
• Support the research of current workforce management technologies
• Provide advice and support to Cluster/Agency management & People Practitioners to interpret
• workforce metrics and strategic insights
• Assist with the development and delivery of statutory & monthly reports
• Provide suggestions and insights for the development of business cases & improvement initiatives

Skills / Experience needed:

• Knowledge of data analytics, workforce planning, with a broad exposure to People and Culture programs and issues.
• Experience working with Finance
• Sound analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
