Our Govt. client is seeking a Workforce Analyst to support the development of a workforce analytics roadmap that provides quality people data and meaningful insights that drive informed decision making.
You will be focusing on supporting work in a financial sustainability program of work.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyse and report on key Cluster/Agency people indicators to support the development of workforce planning & people strategies
- Support the work team in development of performance indicators & systems for monitoring strategies
- Support the research of current workforce management technologies
- Provide advice and support to Cluster/Agency management & People Practitioners to interpret
- workforce metrics and strategic insights
- Assist with the development and delivery of statutory & monthly reports
- Provide suggestions and insights for the development of business cases & improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of data analytics, workforce planning, with a broad exposure to People and Culture programs and issues.
- Experience working with Finance
- Sound analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
