The Role
In this role you will be part of an exciting project supporting the development and deployment of our new enterprise workforce management solution where you will manage and develop productivity labour standards and the budgeted end to end impacts of those standards.
Key responsibilities will be:
Ensuring productivity labour standards accurately reflect current business process maps, and are updated as change is validated and deployed
Undertaking productivity measurement and analysis in stores, through understanding and evaluating processes and tasks.
Working with external suppliers to develop new labour standards and keeping productivity databases aligned through on-going enhancements
Ensuring that productivity wage budgets reconcile with labour standards, and support effective rostering in stores
Identifying and supporting process improvement opportunities that reduce the cost of doing business within a range of productivity targets, through engaging and working with key Business Process Owners
Building strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business
Coaching and development of Productivity Analysts supporting growth of team skills
Identifying underlying performance opportunities that are a risk to delivery of wage budgets
Who we're looking for
Experience in Project Management, productivity or analysis roles
Experience in Retail or customer service sector business experience
A technical and analytically focused mindset
An interest in productivity and developing further knowledge in a specialist area
Strong communication, influencing and engagement skills for interactions with both internal and external stakeholders
Tertiary education qualification in mathematics, statistics, business or equivalent experience
Intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel.
An understanding of time and attendance and workforce management systems.
An ability to understand and effectively interpret Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to work independently, and across video conferencing as
appropriate.
Flexibility to travel interstate and within state as required.
Advantageous to have Lean Six Sigma Methodology, Kronos, Google cloud Platform or Tableau experience
