The Workforce Planner is responsible for the short and long term planning and intra-day management of service levels and all employees within the Retail Area. The output will consist of detailed workforce planning/rosters, accurate reporting, real time management and timely, quality activity, enabling optimal resource utilisation, and consistent customer satisfaction on the floor.

Your new job includes
- Real time management of resources - receive and action requests for personnel by management/suppliers
- Rostering including leave requests and unplanned absences
- Accurate maintenance of rosters and database
- Coordinate rosters and conduct shift confirmation, publish rosters in a timely manner
- Deliver monthly reports
What you should bring along
- Previous experience in workforce planning in a retail environment
- Have an extensive understanding of employee relations and interpreting retail employment legislation and Enterprise Agreements
- Strong ability to build relationships within the business and manage and influence stakeholders effectively
- Experience working with and managing time and attendance software e.g. Tambla, Kronos.
- Experience in producing reports and analysing data within a retail environment
- Friendly and professional communication, interpersonal and customer focused
- Strong administrative computer skills including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong time management skills, being able to multi-task and prioritise workload
