Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Workforce Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building talent pools, organising workforce talent pools, and upskilling candidates to become more flexible. You will work closely with our NSW and QLD teams, supporting with executing labor models to action labor pools.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Analysing and implementing contract interpretations
Managing stakeholders, including internal departments, HR, L&D, Safety, and Labor Hire Providers
Building labor guidelines and creating labor pools in specific areas
Developing training and onboarding plans with suppliers, providing consistent ongoing training
Plan and organise manning for scheduled shut-downs, roster work and coverage positions
Requirements:
Experience in sales, agency blue-collar recruitment, MSP/RPO
Training and development exposure
Strong communication and negotiation skills
You must be resilient and able to assess everyone's opinions to make the best decisions. You should also be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
This is a 12-month contract position with high potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. The position requires some travel, mostly to regional NSW and QLD.
