The role

You will provide high level expertise and technical support in the management of workforce application configuration, interfaces, user access, training and workforce reporting and analysis. Reporting to the Director Workforce Relations and Development, you will lead a small team to deliver workforce reporting and analytics, workforce development systems administration and workforce intranet and resources development. You will generate and implement effective and informative reports, lead workforce information system configurations, interfaces, user access, training and support as well as identify opportunities to improve efficiencies via automated reporting.

The person

You’re a person who builds and maintains positive relationships with your team and other stakeholders and you have a commitment to creating and delivering high quality work with a customer focused approach. You will be able to extract, analyse, interpret and manipulate complex data to produce reports that meet the organisation’s needs and inform decision making. You will be analytical and a problem solver and be able to negotiate and facilitate desired outcomes. You will have demonstrated leadership capabilities and have a desire to pursue a career in management.

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (3 doses for Category A roles, 2 doses for Category B roles) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Please provide proof of vaccination if available.

Selection Criteria * Relevant tertiary qualifications in computer science, information technology, or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
