If you know Workfront administration, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the Digital Experience team at the global leader in implantable hearing devices!Your success in this role is measured by optimizing marketing workflows and project support tools across marketing teams. This position is responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing support of the Workfront project management software. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure that Workfront is effectively tailored to meet our unique business needs, enhance productivity, and support marketing objectives. The Workfront Administrator will act as the primary point of contact for all Workfront-related inquiries, providing support to users across the organization and driving the adoption of best practices in marketing project tracking.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration and Configuration

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the Workfront system, including setup, configuration, and maintenance to ensure it meets organizational needs.
  • Customize Workfront to optimize workflows, project templates, reports, and dashboards for various teams, enhancing efficiency and visibility across projects.
  • Regularly audit and update Workfront settings and permissions to align with changes in team structures, roles, and project requirements.
User Support and Training
  • Serve as the primary support contact for Workfront users, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical assistance.
  • Develop and deliver Workfront training materials and sessions for new and existing users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the system effectively.
  • Create and maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and best practices to support user adoption and proficiency.
Integration and Optimization
  • Collaborate with Marketing Technology, IT, and other departments to integrate Workfront with other business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) to streamline workflows and data consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhancements to support business processes and project management practices.
  • Stay informed of new Workfront features and updates, evaluating and implementing these to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Project and Resource Management Support
  • Assist Marketing teams in setting up and managing projects in Workfront, ensuring best practices in the way marketing gets work done
  • Configure and manage resource allocation and planning features of Workfront, aiding in capacity planning
  • Generate and analyze reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance, resource utilization, and other key metrics.
Key RequirementsTo add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview:Required
  • 3+ years’ experience as an Operations / Technology Solution “Product Owner” experience on Workfront (or equivalent) platform.
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or proven relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in a System Administrator role
  • Expert on all things related to Adobe Workfront (including proofing & reporting)
  • Excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to organize and schedule work tasks within set time frames to achieve team outcomes.
  • Creative, goal-oriented, and structured in approach.
  • Possess strong commercial understanding ensuring deliverables are completed on time
  • Keen to learn, grow, and take proactive steps in new digital initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive working in fast-paced environment.
Desired
  • Understanding of functional/technical design and building/implementing solutions.
  • Broad knowledge of workflow tools and systems management used by creative teams and can ensure the seamless operation of the creative process.
