Working Cleaning Supervisor In Melbourne

About Us: OCS is a leading provider of cleaning services, committed to excellence and professionalism. We are currently hiring a Supervisor Cleaning Position at our DNATA location in Tullamarine Melbourne, VIC.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
• General cleaning, sweeping, mopping & vacuuming.
• Cleaning of all scullery dishes, benchtops and kitchen areas including cold rooms. 
• Oversee and manage the daily cleaning operations.
• Train and supervise cleaning staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleaning standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control.
• Coordinate with management to address and resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.

Schedule Details:

• Part-Time (Monday & Tuesday): 15:00 (3:00 PM) – 23:00 (11:00 PM)
