A premier marine brokerage, renowned for its expertise in Motor Yachts, is actively seeking a full-time Yacht Broker to join our esteemed team located in Sydney. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious individual to excel in the vibrant and dynamic industry we operate in.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, secure, and manage vessel listings both on and offsite.
Liaise with clientele, deliver vessel presentations, and maintain daily follow-up via phone and email.
Complete daily sales administrative tasks, including CRM updates.
Skillfully negotiate contract agreements.
Prepare client sale documentation.
Manage syndicate vessel and maintenance
Network and collaborate with industry partners.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Boating knowledge and experience.
Confidence in approaching new and existing clients.
Highly developed customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a small team.
Proficiency in computer skills.
A tidy presentation (company shirts and caps provided).
Current NSW boat license.
Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
