Working in Finding Solutions supporting young people
Part time|4 days per week|12 month contract|SCHADS level 5|based at Bendigo
Your role:
Provide creative responses aimed at keeping young people from entering out of home care. You will be mediating, providing crisis intervention and linking clients to community services. Working towards reunifying and preserving families by resolving behaviours that put relationships at risk of breakdown.
The skills you will use day to day:
Intensive support for young people
Conducting interventions
Community services referrals and linkage
Goal setting
Case management
An ability to effectively engage with young people

You get a salary starting at $88,000 plus super.
Pro rata to 4 days per week.
SCHCADS award level 5.
Negotiable through the increments dependent upon experience.
Work from the office in Bendigo with some outreach across the region.
