Territory Manager, Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery (NSW) 10 month fixed term contract

Working as part of a small team with the Motiva© breast implant range and alongside the Divisional Manager, you will be responsible for achieving an agreed revenue target by identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients.
You’ll stand out from the crowd if you;
Possess outstanding communication (written and verbal) skills
Have a can-do attitude and can work both autonomously and as part of a team
Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and trust quickly with clients
Can demonstrate a strong understanding of anatomy, especially for aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery
Have excellent organisational, key account planning and time management skills
Have a sense of urgency when responding to internal and external customers
You’ll be responsible for:
Achieving your quarterly and annual sales budget
Providing clinical support for surgical procedures
Building relationships with key surgeons (Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons & Breast Endocrine Surgeons) and their nursing staff by way of training, education and clinical case support
Building relationships with nursing and practice staff in a surgeon’s clinic/private practice, providing education and training about our products and services
Ensuring that all surgical cases are properly equipped with the required implants and user guide as per each customers' requirements
And to be successful we think you need:
At least 3 years’ sales experience with a proven track record of success in implant sales/medical device sales
A tertiary education in a related medical field such as a paramedic, biomedical engineer, science (anatomy), or nursing is essential
