Form of workWe are looking for a wonderful, passionate 1ST OR 2ND Year Hairdressing Apprentice / Salon Assistant to join our team.
The role is FULL TIME and is for a 1ST OR 2ND Year Hairdressing Apprentice only. If you are not currently looking to enrol in a Hairdressing Apprenticeship, please do not apply. If you are interested in applying to be a SALON ASSISTANT only, you do not need to be enrolled in an apprenticeship to apply for this role.
Duties include:
• Greeting and seating our clients, offering and making tea and coffee
• Assisting our senior stylists to provide exceptional service to our clients
• Ensuring all areas of the salon are clean and tidy at all times
• Proactively approaching staff and clients throughout the day to ensure they have everything they need at all times
In time, you will also:
• Wash clients hair in preparation for senior stylists
• Learn the Conrad Hair techniques for blow drying, colour, styling, cutting etc
When you have mastered all of the above, we will assist in developing your client base.

• Provide complete on and off the job education and training via Goldwell (if you are an apprentice)
• Encourage you to be the very best stylist you can be

Must have:
• An understanding and / or appreciation for the luxury space / industry
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and be extremely well presented
