Our apprenticeship is an exciting 3-year opportunity, which includes some classroom time and on the job training.
You will gain practical on the job training from some of the most experienced tradespeople in the business.
Our apprenticeship program will start in early 2024, where you will get the opportunity to go on the journey with some other apprentices.
Here are some of the things you can learn:
- Train in all the skills required to install cabling solutions, including cabling registration, understanding IP networks and cabling endorsements.
- Understand and contribute to good Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) practices, ensuring compliance and ongoing improvements.
- Rotate throughout the teams, which will allow you to gain a full understanding of the business.
- Be trained and mentored by experienced technicians.
- Meet other apprentices within the Telecommunications industry.
- Work closely with customers to develop an exceptional working relationship.
- Complete the trainings requirements set out by your registered training organisation, including attending classroom days.

With 75% of our management staff starting on the tools, you can gain the knowledge and understanding to one day manage your own team.
