Mackay City Auto Group is a premium multi-franchise new and used car dealership and one of 16 businesses owned by the Pickering's family from Townsville. Following a management change in 2020 and continued growth we are looking to expand our team with an additional Accessory Fitter.
We are continuing to build our business to provide exceptional customer service to the motorists in the Mackay, Whitsunday & Bowen Basin regions. We sell and service; Ford, Volkswagen, Kia, LDV, Haval, Great Wall, Chrysler Dodge Jeep along with a wide range of premium and economy used vehicles.
About the role
Located in our Pre-Delivery Department, you will be responsible for the timely and professional fitment of accessories to our new vehicle sales prior to delivery. Working with our highly professional team and reporting to our Pre-Delivery Manager, you will enjoy full support, mentoring and career advancement opportunities.
About you
- A broad knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
- Current (manual) driver's license for road testing of vehicles
- Experience with accessory heavy fitment to various makes and models. (i.e. fitting bull bars etc.)
- High attention to detail, pride in your work with a can-do attitude
- You must be self-motivated and organised, with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to follow safe work practices.
