The Company
Our client is an emerging market leader contractor that is well-known for their high-quality workmanship across residential, commercial and industrial projects. The business and team are widely recognised being a client focused and quality focused contractor who approaches each project with a solutions-based methodology. Due to expansive growth in the construction industry and a growing portfolio of work, they are seeking a qualified Plasterer for their Orange branch in NSW.
The Opportunity

• Measure and cut plasterboard to fit specific areas
• Install plasterboard on walls and ceilings using appropriate tools and techniques
• Secure plasterboard with screws or adhesive
• Tape and finish joints and corners to create a seamless surface
• Repair damaged plasterboard as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment
• Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as electricians, painters and carpenters

You

• 2+ years’ experience as a Plasterer/Patcher
• General on-site labouring experience
• Provide support on planning, the use of materials, resources, components or systems within the project, and construction practices and
  problems to ensure project success
• White Card
• Dogging, Rigging, Working at heights, EWP tickets are desirable but not essential
• Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team
• Strong safety initiative
