Two Positions for the right candidates!
Position 1 - Odoo ICT Sales Specialist 

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Establish, develop, and improve sales strategy and sales process/workflow to support the continuous growth of the organisation's revenue
  • Manage pipeline, sales and revenue forecasting, sales approach and strategy development and implementation
  • Develop a strong understanding of client's business, assess client accounting and inventory needs and make recommendations
  • Prepare for and deliver video or live sales calls demonstrations to pitch a solution, service, and combination packages to clients
  • Create sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential projects with clients 
  • Create statements of work and project plans to outline the project deliverables, assumptions, inclusions, and exclusions of potential projects with clients 
  • Determine and ensure receipt of information requested to facilitate implementation, optimisation, support, and training projects
  • Facilitate Requirements Workshops to capture current processes and detailed requirements of clients 
  • Organise Sales Handover Sessions with the Implementation team  
  • Negotiate sales and contracts with clients
  • Set up and create proof of concept on software solutions offered by the client, tailored to the client’s needs 
  • Provide technical support advice after sales
  • Follow up with previous clients and request for feedback 
  • Ensure all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly
  • Establish individual and team goals and implement a plan to meet those goals
  • Track progress toward goals and document individual and group sales performance
  • Become fluent in all products and services offered by the employer through research, testing, and demonstrations
  • Demonstrate expertise on the solutions by answering client’s technical questions, describing the benefits, and discussing the pros and cons of various solutions
  • Gain familiarity on the industry and stay updated on the trends and innovative products 
  • Create marketing literature and web-based features to promote products and time-sensitive sales
  • Attend trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and develop more sales
  • Provide telephone and email technical sales support
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Accountants, bookkeepers, etc.
  • Inspire, lead, and engage the sales team to consistently overachieve targets
  • Assist junior sales members in answering technical questions posed by customers
  • Provide training to new team members on the skills required for the role 
  • Facilitate training sessions to clients on solutions offered by the business
  • Create Business Blueprint that details the clients’ systems, processes, and requirements 
  • Create workflows and concept maps manually or through AI technology to illustrate the client’s current and future state and processes 
  • Coordinate with developers and solution engineers to explain required developments and integrations in the software solutions offered 
  • Travel to customer locations as required, including potentially internationally.
  • Perform other tasks assigned.


WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Preferred that you have a business administration degree.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of business systems
  • Pre-sales experience is preferred
  • Must have 3-4 years of sales experience in Odoo
  • Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of business workflows (ie. sales process, purchasing, inventory, job/project management, etc.)

Position 2 - Odoo Functional Accounting Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Implementing Cloud-based solutions and training clients on Cloud-based systems
  • Ensure effective implementation and execution of quality processes to accomplish expected requirements and performance
  • Plan and test/validate various areas, specifically the accounting functions, of the systems and our services; including planning, developing, maintaining, and executing test cases for development cycle and regression test efforts
  • Assist with set-up of test data and test environments, defect reporting and tracking, and collaborating with project team members to meet project deadlines
  • Work with developers to customize Odoo accounting to match client requirements and develop apps to connect to Odoo Accounting.
  • Conduct requirement workshops and implement Accounting module in Odoo (ERP)
  • Conduct requirement workshops and integrate inventory systems to Accounting systems (DEAR, Cin7 to Xero)
  • Implement Xero software
  • Implement A2X ( E-commerce reconciliation systems) and integrate with Xero
  • Implement Payroll systems & train clients on payroll ( Keypay, Xero)
  • Integrate Payroll systems to ERP systems ( Keypay to Odoo)
  • System Go Live Support
  • Review/Audit current customer solutions to ensure system is working according to the clients expectations.
  • Repair and review customer data files, and clearly communicate to the customer what needs to be fixed and create a training path to do so.
  • Conduct Client Support sessions
  • Documentation review prior to posting for customer access
  • Find solutions to client specific scenarios and issues
  • Quality checks for implemented systems
  • Assist Support and Implementation with questions on the system operation
  • Set priorities for the team and assign resources
  • Mentor/Coach/train members to facilitate software skills development
  • Quality check member's client data handling
  • Monitor and be aware of what members are doing in the accounting team
  • Provide regular status, identify workloads
  • Create initiatives that will increase members productivity and efficiency
  • Generate operational reports for management, as needed
  • Keep team members motivated and giving their very best on the job
  • Provide input in developing KPIs and scorecards for operations
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Odoo Functional Accounting Manager

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Preferred that you have an accounting degree.
  • Well versed in the quality of different accounting and inventory software
  • Familiarity with accounting principles, as well as how Inventory, Payroll, Creditors, Debtors work.
  • Must have 3-4 years of accounting experience in Odoo
  • Experience with software testing basics
  • Experience with any accounting software systems and Cloud based accounting systems (Xero & QB Online preferred).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and business practices
  • Working knowledge of testing concepts and automated testing tools
  • Knowledge of Agile QA Methodologies
  • Knowledge of test plans, test cases, and reporting
  • Excellent management and leadership skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods for operations
  • Must be a team player who can be flexible with changing project directions and priorities
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Independently motivated self-starters with a strong work ethic
  • Works well with minimal supervision and can prioritize their own workload efficiently
  • Detail-oriented but still able to see the big picture
  • Diplomatic but able to provide direct feedback when it is needed
  • Can handle stress with a positive attitude, even in challenging situations
