This role is a Psychiatry Unaccredited Registrar position providing assessment and treatment to patients of Bendigo Health MH Services alongside Registrars undertaking the RANZCP training program.
This Psychiatry Unaccredited Registrar position is suitable for applicants seeking a 6 month position which could include a placement in any of the following rotations (3 rotations each year plus below service
rotation):
• Inpatient Mental Health Units - Acute Adult, Older Persons, Extended Care and Parent & Infant Unit
• Residential Units - Adult Prevention and Recovery Care (APARC), Community Care Unit, Dual Diagnosis Unit, or Youth Prevention and Recovery Care (YPARC)
• Mental Health Community Teams - Bendigo, Castlemaine, Maryborough, Kyneton, Echuca and Swan Hill
Each Psychiatry Unaccredited Registrar will also be required to undertake at least 1 three month service rotation per year, either leave cover position or evening shift backfill position.

Your new division
The Clinical Operations Division encompasses acute, allied health, cancer and mental health services. We provide a wide range of general medical, surgical and specialty services including but not limited to; Oncology, Cardiology, Renal, Emergency, Women's and Children's, Critical Care, Specialist Clinics, Cancer Clinics and Mental Health Services. Our Allied Health teams provide a diverse range of programs and person centred care in inpatient, outpatient, community, home and residential care settings.
