Graduate program salary and super

Our Graduate Program offers a starting salary of $70,280, plus 15.4% super. Once you complete the program, you’ll advance to the next APS level, and get a pay rise! Your salary will be $78,290, plus 15.4% super and, as an APS4 officer within the ATO, you can earn up to $84,971, plus 15.4% super.

What you’ll do  

You’ll experience a variety of work over two rotations and a contact centre experience Work alongside experts and receive on-the-job-training, while building your skills, knowledge and your networks. Plus, you’ll have a dedicated career development manager to support you every step of the way.

Who can apply 

To be eligible to apply, you must have completed your university degree within the last five years or be in your final year of study. At the time of commencing our program, you must have completed all your course requirements.  

The program starts in February 2025. You must be an Australian citizen and willing to undergo police, character and health checks as required.
