About the programs
Our Graduate and Intern Programs will provide you with opportunities to shape Rio Tinto from the inside out. For Graduates, the program is 2-years with a focus on foundational and future skills. For Interns, the program is 12-weeks across summer, with an opportunity to secure a graduate position at the end.

Eligibility
Graduate Program - final year of study/have recently graduated.
Intern Program - penultimate year or students in 2nd or 3rd year.
