Job Summary:
Bechtel is seeking Graduates to join our growing Mining & Metals global business unit in our Perth office starting in January 2025.
Opportunities are available for talented and motivated undergraduates/graduating students from 2024 who are passionate about innovation, creativity, and teamwork.

Major Responsibilities:
As a Graduate at Bechtel, you will receive world class training and mentoring with our 12-month rotation program. Allowing you to support various projects and functions within the Australia/Asia Pacific region and globally across a range of commodities including Lithium, Rare Earths, Iron Ore, Bauxite/Alumina, and Phosphates to name a few.
You will have the following opportunities:
- Rotate through a variety of functions in the first 12 months of employment.
- Work on global projects that make a positive impact on society.
- Continue your education and professional development.
- Visit to a project site.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Current undergraduate student in any of the following disciplines:
- Engineering (Civil/Structural, Electrical, Mechanical / Mechatronics, Process / Chemical / Metallurgical)
- Construction
- Project Controls
- Supply Chain
- Contracts and Procurement
- Environmental, Safety and Health
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Working Rights in Australia without employer sponsorship are required.
