ABOUT THE ROLE
As full-time 2IC you will be required to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales results for the business. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assist in creating a sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support
- Ensuring all KPI's are met with a strong focus on customer service
- Analysis of sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products
- Assist with recruitment, performance and career development of your team
- Stock feedback and inventory management
