Gumera Learning Haven is a brand new purpose-built 100 place early learning haven. The state-of-the-art learning haven provides high quality education to families in the surrounding suburbs of Upper Coomera and beyond. The spacious 6 room indoor learning studios have been designed to suit the needs of all children, aged 6 weeks to school age.
Do you have a PASSION and VISION for exceptional Early Childhood Education …? Then we need YOU as part of our Management team to assist in bringing our beautiful learning haven to fruition.
This 2IC role is an off the floor position however you may also be required to go on the floor if required for centre needs whilst we are growing our team and our service occupancy.
The Unique Educator we Seek.....
Will hold a Diploma qualification or higher and have a very strong passion for Early Childhood education as well as a reflective nature, analytical skills, sense of curiosity and fun. We place great importance on the role of all our Educators and you will be a key driver in establishing constructive and robust relationships with our lovely families, the children, your peers and the wider community.

- passion for learning
- 2IC experience preferred or willingness to learn
Do your qualifications include?
- Diploma or higher
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates
- Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
