At Green Options, we are a professional landscape management company known for creating and maintaining prestigious grounds, including some of Australia's most high-end landscaped gardens. We are currently seeking a hands-on horticulturist to join our team in the inner west of Sydney.
As a 2IC at Green Options, you will have the opportunity to support a small team in delivering quality gardening maintenance services. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and improving gardens and lawns, ensuring high standards are met.
Responsibilities- Cultivate and maintain green spaces.
- Implement horticultural best practices for plant care.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager to enhance campus aesthetics.
- Conduct regular assessments of plant health and landscape conditions.
- Provide recommendations for landscaping improvements.
- Contribute to the overall environmental sustainability of the grounds.
- Receive Above Award rates for your expertise.
- Access prerequisite training to excel in your role.
- Enjoy a supplied uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Engage in social events fostering team camaraderie.
- Thrive in a supportive management team and fantastic team culture.
- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens (desirable).
- Relevant experience in plant care and landscaping.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
