ABOUT THE ROLE
As 2IC, you will be partnering with the Store Manager in driving sales results for your business. In your role you will:
- Create a sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support
- Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on customer service
- Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products
- Coach and mentor your team
- Provide stock feedback and manage inventory
