Our client, in partnership with MEGT, is seeking a 2nd Year Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Apprentice to join their dynamic and expanding team in Melbourne. This is an exceptional opportunity to receive comprehensive training and work towards becoming a Customer Engineer while gaining hands-on experience with some of Australia's top companies.
As part of our professional team, you will travel across Melbourne, working with a variety of clients. You will receive extensive training and practical experience while working towards your Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Customer Engineers with commissioning and maintaining Air Conditioning products and equipment.
- Staying updated on the latest technology and industry changes.
- Adhering to WHS practices and standard operating procedures.
- Delivering top-notch customer service to all clients.
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Successfully completed the 1st year of your apprenticeship.
- A valid driver's license and your own transport.
- Physical fitness to undertake manual tasks.
- Punctuality and reliability with a strong work ethic.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and good communication skills.
- A First Aid Certificate.
- A valid White Card.
- A Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Candidates will need to pass pre-emploment checks, including a medical and police check.
