Connect Resources are a specialist provider of Recruitment and Labour hire solutions in Perth, Western Australia. Our recruitment team have a combined 20+ years recruiting for local roles in Perth and FIFO roles in regional WA, specialising in labour hire and permanent placements across multiple scopes of work. These include Civil Construction, Commercial Construction, Manufacturing, Logistics and Mining, for both blue-collar trades and white-collar professional roles.
  
Your new role:
  
Due to our continued growth and the recent award of several high-profile contracts, we have exciting opportunities for a 360 Blue Collar Recruiter within our office across various desks. We are more than happy to consider any applicants that have minimal or no recruitment experience, with the view to training and investing in you, to give you the best opportunity to succeed. We will provide you with the structure and support required, while encouraging you to tailor how you run your desk to best suit you. Alternatively, we are more than welcoming to applicants with current or prior recruitment experience who are looking for a new opportunity.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conducting phone screens and face to face interviews with candidates
  • Liaise with on-site contacts daily to build and develop relationships
  • Plan and schedule recruitment needs across your client base
  • Building and running your own desk from the outset, with plenty of training and assistance
  • Attracting and sourcing of candidates through advertising, headhunting and networking on LinkedIn and in-person
  • Leveraging existing relationships to continue diversifying our portfolio of work
  • Identifying new business opportunities which will lead to the development of strategic relationships with business partners and clients with the aim of meeting individual and business targets
What we require from you:
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
  • Ability to work within a team or autonomously
  • Strong relationship building skills, both internally and externally
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft suite and general internal systems
  • Excellent attitude and willingness to learn
