Eligibility/Other requirements:
- Permanent Resident of Australia
- Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required. For further information on Working with Vulnerable People registration refer to - Working with vulnerable people (WWVP) registration (act.gov.au)
- Drivers Licence (C-class) is mandatory
- Senior First Aid Certificate or willingness to complete
- Current Hepatitis A and Tetanus (dT or dTpa) vaccinations or willingness to obtain
- Basic Chainsaw certification or willingness to complete
- Chemical Cert III or willingness to complete
- Asbestos Awareness certification or willingness to complete
Highly desirable
- Working at Heights certification
- All-Terrain Vehicle certification (Side by Side vehicle)
- Skid Steer certification
The following work safety capacity requirements apply to this role:
- Ability to work in an outside environment under a range of conditions
- Ability to perform tasks involving manual handling and use of a range of different hand operated equipment
- Lifting up to 20 kg
- Mobility over a range of different terrains including uneven and steep ground
