Contract till the end of September 2024 with potential extensions (1-2 days per/week minimum)Excellent opportunity to work across multiple faculties gaining extensive experience and knowledge across the UniversityHEO5.1 $57.08 per hour excluding SuperAbout the opportunityProvides data analysis and reporting support to the Academic Excellence Program team, to assist co-design of the Academic Excellence Framework. This includes preparing relevant materials in collaboration with team members, and facilitating the efficient reporting of outcomes from each co-design focus. The incumbent will be expected to coordinate research activities associated with the Academic Excellence Framework co-design.Your key responsibilities will be to:conducts data analysis, prepares reporting and carries out other research for the work areaundertakes specific research activity as part of the Academic Excellence Programcoordinates the development of reports for the work areasupports the design of research work being undertaken in the work areaprovides research administrative support for the work areaundertakes ad-hoc projects and other activitiesAbout youexcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with sound negotiating and conflict resolution skills and a demonstrated level of tact and discretion in dealing with day to day operational mattersability to work both independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and exercising sound judgement in resolving matters that may arise as part of normal daily workstrong problem solving skills and the ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgement and ability to prioritise workload during busy periodsexperience in developing and working on research projects, including expertise in thematic analysis, literature review, preparation of reports and ethical use of dataadvanced skills data analysis, using statistical analysis tools, and reporting on research findingsTo keep our community safe, please be aware of our COVID safety precautions which form our conditions of entry for all staff, students and visitors coming to campus.Sponsorship / work rights for AustraliaPlease note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
