Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Account Manager to join our VMware by Broadcom team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth, and promoting VMware solutions by Broadcom. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organisations.
Identify customer needs and business challenges to recommend appropriate VMware solutions by Broadcom.
Collaborate with internal teams including sales engineers, product specialists, and marketing to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with VMware solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in sales or account management within the technology industry, preferably with VMware or similar solutions.
Strong understanding of virtualisation, cloud computing, and networking technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience working with channel partners and managing complex sales cycles is a plus.
VMware certifications (e.g., VCP) are desirable but not required.
