We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Associate Director to lead our Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security division.

Role:

As the Associate Director of Projects, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our division. You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and expanding the division to include four team members by the end of 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of professionals in the projects division 
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the division and meet targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the tech industry.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to set division goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide strategic insights.
• Drive revenue growth through successful team management and business development.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the division.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in technology recruitment, with a focus on Projects, architecture, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security.
• In-depth knowledge of the tech industry, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Ability to build and nurture client and candidate relationships.
• Motivated, self-driven, and dedicated to achieving success.
