Is this the role for you?

As an Account ExecutiveDigital Workplace you will grow new sales across all portfolios across non-Ricoh Customers as well as Ricoh’s existing Workplace Technology customer base, delivering transformation outcomes and experiences for new and existing customers.

You are a confident Account Executive, with experience and enthusiasm and you are responsible for generating more than 20% of your own new sales pipeline through professional proactive engagements with existing and new business customers within your Sales Pod and Sales Pod territory.  

You will be responsible for working closely with C+ Level management, technology specialists and Business leaders in identifying Workplace technology opportunities and Workflow and Automation opportunities, with the objective of retaining, maximising and securing new business. This could be in the form of Office Print and Print Management Software, RGC, Hybrid Workplace, Digital Automation and Workflow, ITS Procurement Services (software and hardware), Professional Services, Managed Services or a mix, that delivers positive change and drives transformation.

To be successful in this role:

The suitable candidate will possess the following: 

  • 5+ Years quota carrying sales and account relationship management experience.
  • Successful sales targets achievements and strong desire to over-achieve revenue goals.
  • Evidence of results prospecting and creating more than 50% of your own pipeline.
  • Track record of business/account plan development and execution.
  • Experience in handling both business and technical decision makers in customer organisations.
  • Strong sales skills including business justification, negotiation and closing.
  • Ability to operate in both hunting and farming models.
  • Proven sales skills creating, advancing and closing new sales.
  • Transparency and assertiveness during sales process coordination.
  • Certifications and/or Knowledge in various IT technologies and Digital Services solutions.

The ideal candidate will also bring:

  • Certifications and/or Knowledge in various IT technologies and Digital Services solutions.
  • An understanding of commercial constructs, Opex, Capex and financed delivery models. 
  • In depth knowledge of one of more vendor value propositions, or one or more specific industry domains.
