Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Training Solutions Advisor to play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and nurturing existing employer relationships. The key focus of this role is to understand our existing industry partners’ training needs and respond with innovative and accessible training solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the education sector, along with a strong understanding of industry trends and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritise target markets, opportunities, and potential clients within the education sector.
- Meet set KPI’s to address industry skill shortages through increased enrolments in traineeship and government-subsidised training places
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employers, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions and tailored proposals that meet the needs of clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and build brand awareness.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, market insights, and competitive landscape to senior management.
Characteristics and Criteria
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of the education industry, including knowledge of adult education, and corporate training markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
