About the Role:
Our goal is to develop long-term tourism relationships with companies through partnership sales. This involves reaching out to both current and cold prospects in the tourism industry, by explaining and offering our Digital Marketing packages and value-added services over the phone and in person.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day Industry Partnership Program that supports our Digital Marketing programs, including;
- Acting as the key point of contact for our tourism clients
- Sharing updates and data-driven insights with clients
- Working with our internal teams to facilitate consultative responses to marketing and promotional opportunities
- Ensuring digital activity is aligned and in pursuit of each client’s relevant marketing objectives
- Retain existing customer base and up selling additional services to promote growth
- Intimately understanding our client’s business, audience, competitors, and industry
- Maintain database information
- Supporting team projects
We want somebody who has:
- Experience in selling Digital Marketing
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems
- Confidence to present and lead client and prospect meetings
- Sound understanding of Digital Marketing channels and platforms, including the role of web and search engine optimisation
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and develop strong relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft / Google Suite applications
- Tertiary education in a related field (business, marketing, digital)
- Commercial sales acumen
- Continuous improvement mindset
