Your new role
Work within a growing, highly successful team where you will use your experience in insolvency, banking, finance or accounting to build relationships and act as the voice of the client to deliver the best debt management solutions that assists our clients to improve their financial position.
Your skillset and experience
- Build respectful and non-judgemental relationships with our clients from all backgrounds
- Build strong relationships with Creditors leading them to provide optimal consideration and attention to our clients
- Follow-up and collate financial information and supporting documents from clients and creditors.
- Consult with clients to understand their financial position
- Prepare informal debt agreement proposals
What are we looking for?
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to explain concepts, negotiate and influence people
- Experience in Part IX Debt Agreements/Informal Debt Agreements, desirable but not essential
- Administrative experience and or business-related qualification
- Certificate IV in Financial Services or Tertiary qualification in accounting or finance (desirable)
- Multi-tasker with great attention to detail
- Problem solver who is results focused
