About the role
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the operational and clinical teams at I-MED, driving sales revenue growth and increased market share by strengthening relationships and increasing referrals within the Southern Tasmanian region. You will also be responsible for achieving set individual and clinic KPIs while reporting directly to the regional sales and marketing manager.
This role is a 6-month part time contract, working 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage the clinic area, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Sales Growth: You will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth, through collaborating closely with our operational and clinical teams to achieve this goal.
- Relationship Building: Strengthen existing relationships and forge new ones with key referrers. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial in maintaining positive connections.
- Referral Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies to increase referrals. Work directly with referrers to ensure positive outcomes for our patients.
Our ideal candidate:
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales/account management, ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
