With full autonomy to work the way you wish, as Victoria’s Account Manager, you will report to the National Sales Manager as part of managing the Wholesale operation in Melbourne. Exceptional client relationship/development skills is imperative, given this position requires a strong client focus and the ability to cultivate and maintain profitable, long-term relationships.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Providing an end-to-end service, you will be in charge of:
- Addressing customer inquiries and providing support
- Identifying and pursuing business opportunities to drive results
- Presenting product concepts
- Maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new clients in alignment with the company's strategic goals
- Providing sales and market trend to management
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES THAT SET YOU APART
- CRM experience and intermediate computer skills
- Strong objection handling and ability to handle competitive pressures
- Your Sales style and approach is consultative, proactive, dynamic and persuasive
- Strong verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills
TO BE THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Must have B2B sales
- Must have Tiles industry experience
- Ability to highlight successful [Sales] performances in the Tiles & Stone sector
- Capable of managing 50+ accounts
- Ability to consistently achieve and exceed monthly growth targets to earn monthly bonuses
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Comfortable being on the road most of the time & meeting with clients/prospects
