THE ROLE
This role is all about coaching and mentoring customers in a hands-on approach. You will be providing customer/account service whilst reducing any risk and downtime on machinery that could affect production. You will be using your excellent electrical and mechanical skills to ensure lean performance processes are adhered to and enhanced. This will see you build a consistent and trusted relationship with a stable portfolio of customers in your region and be completely focused on machinery efficiency. Obviously as the company is a clear leader in technology development, the machinery you will be working on is highly complex and requires you to have a high degree of understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
ABOUT YOU
This is all about doing this role well and getting job satisfaction. To apply for this position, you must be a trade qualified electrician with sound industrial experience. You must have a good number of years working in fast paced production sites and if you have worked in food and beverage facilities that would be a major advantage. The selection process will delve into your knowledge of servo motors and plc programming as well as general fault finding on highly complex electro-mechanical machinery. IF you have experience in the field that would be great, however if you have solid communication and focus on customer outcomes you are definitely encouraged to apply.
