About the Role
Step into our team as a Financial Statement Reporting Accountant. You will play a critical role in delivering accurate and compliant Financial Statements, working closely with a dedicated team and esteemed clients to uphold the highest standards in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accounting support to the team and clients in applying specific accounting standards.
- Ensure Financial Statements comply with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Compile General Purpose Financial Statements (GPFS) and Special Purpose Financial Statements (SPFS).
- Apply Australian Accounting Standards relevant to clients' businesses and industries.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards and the Corporations Act.
Skills & Experience
- Completed Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CA/CPA preferred (or studying towards)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing/ as Auditor
- Strong interest in Tax and similar fields.
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing regulations and accounting standards.
