Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
- Provide expert tax planning advice and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage bookkeeping tasks, maintaining precise financial records and account reconciliations.
- Administer payroll services, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Offer strategic business advice to clients, helping them formulate and implement growth strategies.
- Deliver unique, personalised solutions tailored to family businesses and other client profiles.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting, tax planning, and financial consultancy.
- Strong understanding of Australian tax laws and regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
