After 15 years of loyal service, our current Accountant shall begin the handover process as he travels the well earned path to his future retirement.
Salary is negotiable depending on agreed work hours (flexible) and complete ability / scope of weekly tasks performed by our new team member.
The role involves managing all business accounting relating items in sync with the Managing Director and supported by an experienced sales and administrative team.
Applicants must have experience in full circle small to medium Western Australian business financial management including
- Payroll and Transactional MYOB operation.
- Accounts payable and minimal debtor statements (98% upfront payments).
- Reconciliation of team purchasing and banking.
- Constant analysis, suggestion and implementation of positive change or new technology.
- BAS, PAYG and ATO online syncing and compliance.
Favoured capabilities
- International purchasing / payments.
- Understanding of made to order manufacturing plans, scheduling and stock systems.
- Compliance control and ensuring regularity of team safety meetings and resulting actions.
- Exposure to tenders or ability to provide support to sales team submitting tenders.
