Accountant Personal, Small Business & SMSF - Intermediate moving to Senior

Chartered Accounting Firm located in Norwest seeking to employ an accountant with at least 4-5 years experience, who wishes to continue and expand their career in Business Services with a team of young and enthusiastic professionals.

Full time position to suit anyone returning to the workforce or advancing their career in Personal and Small Business tax advice.

We have a wide range of clients from individual tax returns, companies, trusts, partnerships and self-managed superannuation funds.

You will be part of a team responsible for Managing workflow, assisting junior staff with queries, contacting clients and reporting back to the Directors. 

Ideally have confidence or exposure with :-

• Assisting Juniors with preparation & review of Tax Returns, BAS, Financial statements for Personal, Sole trader and Small Business entities.
• Review of BAS & IAS Statements, 
• Preparation and review of SMSF financials including accumulation and pension 
• ASIC annual statements 
• Assisting the bookkeeper with a portfolio of bookkeeping clients, data entry in MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks as and when required.

All applications considered but minimum 4-5 years experience in a professional accounting office is strongly favoured.

Flexible working hours will be provided to suit studies if required.

Strong general computer, literacy, and communication skills are essential together with a professional appearance.

APS, BGL & CAS software experience is an advantage.

Salary of $70k - $90k will be negotiable based on education and experience levels.
