Whether you're an accomplished Senior Accountant, an aspiring Assistant Manager, or a detail-oriented Team Assistant, we have positions tailored to suit your expertise and ambition.

We are currently looking for candidates to fill the following positions on a FULL TIME basis:

Assistant Manager 

• Providing value adding business advisory services to clients
• Managing client accounts and building trust and rapport
• Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for all entities including sole traders, companies, trusts and partnerships
• Preparation of business & instalment activity statements
• Managing and mentoring junior accountants
• Contacting the ATO in relation to various client matters including payment arrangements
• Utilisation of accounting industry-specific software (including Xero Tax & PM, Class and MYOB)
• Providing support and reporting into Managers, Senior Associates, Associate Directors and Partners

Senior Accountant

• Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns 
• Preparation of business & instalment activity statements
• Assistance with budgeting, cash flows, tax planning, management reporting and other general advisory work
• Contacting the ATO in relation to various client matters including payment arrangements
• Review and sorting of client information
• Utilisation of accounting industry-specific software (including Xero Tax & PM, Class and MYOB)
• Provide guidance to junior team members and delegate work as required

Team Assistant 

• Coordinating the internal ASIC and ATO requirements and lodgement processes
• Organising client meetings and all associated documentation and materials
• Establishing and maintaining client files and all associated correspondence
• Assisting with monthly invoicing
• Maintaining monthly debtor reporting
• Undertaking database management activities
• Utilisation of accounting industry-specific software: Xero
