Accounts Assistant

Based in the heart of Perth CBD, this Property Investment firm have 3 offices across Australia and are going through a growth phase.The Role
This newly created, part-time accounts opportunity will see you join a small team of 3 with mentoring from the Director of Finance.
All accounts are handles through Xero and will also see you assisting with their latest project.
Responsibilities will include:

• Accounts payable/receivable
• Data entry
• Entering disbursements
• Bank reconciliation
• Project work
• Generating reports
• GL Journals

This role is working 3 days per week – any days between Monday – Thursday.Skills & Experience

• Experience using Xero
• Recent experience with the above responsibilities
