Knox Ford is one of Melbourne's largest privately-owned Dealership Groups and is currently seeking a happy, friendly and efficient Part-time Accounts Clerk/Officer.
We are looking for someone who is driven, ridiculously organised, loves the rush of a busy environment and has great attention to detail.
This is a part-time position (3days per week) with the possibility of becoming a full-time role.

This exciting role involves:
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Invoicing, filing and general administration duties
- Deal costing / processing
- Daily bank statement processing / cash banking
- Used vehicles acquisitions / disposals using Vic Roads online
- Handling debtors and creditors
- Reconcile basic GL accounts related to deal processing like, vehicle stock, incentive, holdback
What you will need to have to succeed in this position:
