Accounts / Dealer Administrator

Knox Ford is one of Melbourne's largest privately-owned Dealership Groups and is currently seeking a happy, friendly and efficient  Part-time Accounts Clerk/Officer.

We are looking for someone who is driven, ridiculously organised, loves the rush of a busy environment and has great attention to detail.

This is a part-time position (3days per week) with the possibility of becoming a full-time role.

This exciting role involves:

• Accounts payable/receivable 
• Invoicing, filing and general administration duties
• Deal costing / processing
• Daily bank statement processing / cash banking
• Used vehicles acquisitions / disposals using Vic Roads online
• Handling debtors and creditors 
• Reconcile basic GL accounts related to deal processing like, vehicle stock, incentive, holdback
