Accounts Officer

Our client is a leader in innovative banking technology. They have a diverse business which has import, design, software and logistical elements to it. You will get great exposure across the different business units and stakeholders.

They have enjoyed over 30 years of success and the recent pandemic challenges have not slowed them down!

The finance team has personable, empathetic managers who will leave you to work autonomously but also be there for advice.

This role is a 12-month FTC to ideally start in the next week. This Accounts Officer role reports to a Finance Manager and would be responsible for:

• Raising purchase orders
• Reconcile invoices to statements
• Complete weekly and ad hoc payment runs
• Send out remittance when completing the payment run
• Calculate a recommended accrual based on unapproved/outstanding invoices
• Process and reconcile credit card expenses
• Produce sales invoices for QuickPay and Gaming Products
• Complete Bank reconciliations for all entities for operating accounts

To be considered for this role our client is looking for candidates who:

• Have 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Have excellent communication skills
• Are ideally tertiary qualified
• Can start immediately or in the next week
