You will be responsible for assisting and providing key support to the Finance and Administration Manager in completion of administrative and financial reporting tasks to ensure the Feed business meets its financial targets and reporting deadlines.We'll support you as you gain exposure to finance, reporting, supply chain, compliance, and stakeholder management experiences. There will also be the opportunity to broaden your skills and experience by being involved in Finance Analysis and Reporting functions - we can train you in this!You will be joining an inclusive friendly team where we celebrate World Milk Day, enjoy cheese tastings team events, and have a state-of-the-art coffee machine.Key elements of your new role will include:
- Processing of grain delivery transactions through SAP
- Stocktaking of grain inventory
- Create, process and issue customer and vendor invoices.
- Processing purchase order requests and goods receipts
- Supporting month end reporting
- Identifying and recommending ongoing process improvements
- Tertiary qualified in commerce, finance, business, a related field, or with equivalent relevant Finance / AP / AR / Payroll experience
- Well-developed administrative and reporting experience.
- Demonstrated confidence in supporting upper management with proven ability to work autonomously.
- Comfort collaborating with diverse customer groups and internal stakeholders to achieve shared business goals.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Although not essential, knowledge of SAP (or another ERP system), Grain Trader and/or Ariba will be well regarded.
